POP UP GAZEBOS & MARQUEES
The Flare Shade pop up gazebos and printed pop up marquees range have been manufactured and sold globally since 2003. The Flare Shade folding gazebo is available in the commercial grade all-aluminium FX6 or the super heavy duty FX7.
Both the FX-6 and FX-7 are available in three popular sizes: 3.0×3.0, 3.0x3x4.5 and 3.0×6.0 metres. The folding pop up gazebo frames are made from a commercial grade marine aluminium which will last for many many years. The legs and truss are made from extruded aluminium. Importantly, the FX-6 and FX-7 connectors are also forged from extruded aluminium resulting in the strongest fame in its class. The gazebos plain coloured canopy is manufactured from a commercial grade industrial strength PVC coated polyester. Printed and branded gazebos use a specialised PU coated fabric that enhances the full colour digital printing process.
The FX-6 and FX-7 folding marquee frames come with a full 5 year manufacturers defaults warranty. The FX-6 and FX-7 gazebos include wheeled carry bags, steel pins and tie down straps. The FX-6 and FX-7 pop up gazebo range have full engineers structural certification which is required if used in public places or at professionally organised events, trade shows or agricultural fairs.

Polyester
Flare Shade’s polyester material is a high-rated polyvinyl coated fabric at 500 or 600 denier for plain and printed material respectively. This material is available for digital custom printing on most products and features a 1 year warranty period from date of purchase.
Colour Range
CANTILEVER OCTAGONAL
Screen Printing is the process whereby ink is forced onto the fabric through a mesh screen. Screen printing is ideal for simple designs that are produced in higher quantities. Extreme Marquees charges the same price for all printing methods. The best printing method for your order can be determined with our production team after you have placed your order and submitted your design.
UV Printing
UV printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. As the printer distributes ink on the surface of the marquee fabric, specially designed UV lights follow close behind, “curing” or “drying” the ink instantly. The benefits of UV printing are that it is very resistant to fading. With UV printing there is also no restrictions to the number of colours or logos on the design
Sublimination Printing
Sublimation printing, also known as dye sublimation printing involves the use of a digital printer to produce a print on sublimation transfer paper. The sublimation paper is then placed into a heat press with the marquee fabric and exposed to a temperature of 200 degrees celsius. The artwork is then transferred from the paper to the marquee fabric
