THE FRONT DOOR TO THE WORLD OF FINE SAKE
PAVILLON is the second label of our BLEND 001. Inspired by the
pavillon located adjacent to our kura and a hommage to the second
wine of Bordeaux’s top grands crus, it is a blend of Tanaka’ s
handcrafted sakes using the same philosophy as our flagship BLEND
001 as a sake meant for wine lovers.
PAVILLON is wilder, full-bodied, with a silky texture in the mouth and made to be enjoyed younger.
Best served chilled, a charming sake with an initial hint of mango, ending with a nice long finish, reminiscence of new world chardonnay wines. Wonderfully delicate and easy to drink.
