The only official Certified Sake Sommelier qualification in the world!

Widely recognised within the Sake World, the Certified Sake Sommelier is a fantastic way to further expand your career in the sake service industry and feel comfortable conducting in-house sake training and educational programs to both members of the public and the beverage industry.

This 2 day course covers the wider aspects of the sake industry, including how to work with sake, from introducing it to customers, to storage and purchasing; and the science of Umami. All students who pass will receive their Certified Sake Sommelier qualification – recognised globally in the Food & Beverage industry for its high standards; and a sommelier lapel pin.

Sake Sommeliers will be eligible to attend the Luxembourg Sake Challenge and other Regional Sake Challenges as tasting judges; and enter the coveted Sake Sommelier of the Year competition. Class availability is contingent upon reaching a minimum number of subscriptions.
In the event that the specified class fails to meet the minimum number of registrations,you will be provided with the opportunity to enroll in a subsequent class on an alternate date.
